Do you need only one home check per month? We’ve got you covered with our Bronze Service Level.
With it, we perform one home check per month. It’s a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues.
What a home check visit includes:
A walkthrough of the interior and exterior
Visual checks for signs of water leaks, mold, storm damage, or pest activity
Confirmation that HVAC systems, appliances, and plumbing are functioning as expected
Lookout for signs of forced entry or unauthorized access
Check that doors, windows, and key systems are secure
Mail/package collection or other homeowner-requested tasks
At the Silver Level, Hawk Eye Home Watch will come by your Lake Martin property two times per month, to make sure everything is as it should be!
We have the same standards as the Bronze Level check, but go by twice a month.

Vendor assistance - Does a subcontractor need to be let inside your home? No worries. Let us save you a trip, and we can let them inside.
Delivery assistance - Are you having a big piece of furniture delivered and don’t want it to sit outside for weeks? No prob. We meet the delivery folks for you and let them securely leave it inside.
Storm check - It can feel helpless when you’re four hours away and are wondering if that wind storm might have caused damage. We can ease that concern by making sure your home is safe. In the event you have suffered some damage, we hop in to help!
